This event is for people interested in retail & e-commerce in the Austin, TX area. We meet three times each month, once each North, Central, and South, to discuss the latest topics, share our experiences, insights, and struggles, and to learn from each other.

This evenings meeting will be held in North Austin.

This evening, we’ll be reviewing a variety of websites and the group in attendance will offer critiques you can use to make your site perform better and increase sales.

ABOUT THE TOPIC

Our businesses are often like children and there is a lot of love and passion invested in their success. Just as with children, it is easy to overlook flaws and areas for improvement.

Learn how to design and build a better-converting website by reviewing what other stores do really well, and where they miss the mark.

Our critique evenings offer store owners the opportunity to hear from site visitors – both e-commerce experts and fellow store owners who pose as shoppers and offer recommendations that can provide a better experience, leading to higher sales.

Some of these ideas are perfect for A/B testing, others you can implement right away.

We welcome ecommerce professionals, store owners, and those who are considering diving into online sales to this discussion.

WHAT TO BRING:
Are you brave enough to hear the truth? We’d love to review YOUR site! Come armed with both favorite (I like how they did….) and least liked (man these guys missed the boat) examples in case we have time and need additional learning materials.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Lori Appleman will lead the discussion but there is no formal presentation as the goal this evening is to hear from as many voices who can offer input.
