Do you ever wonder why someone lacks confidence? Or why it feels like everyone BUT you seems to have it? Back by popular demand, Prowess Project is hosting the second “Men Tell All” series on gender equality in the workplace. This time we are talking, confidence.

At our first event, we had open conversations with prominent male allies in the Austin community about gender equity at work. One takeaway was men and women have different definitions of confidence.

Men: Fake it ‘til you make it

Women: I have all the available information to make an informed decision

This difference creeps into all aspects of workplace behavior from interviewing to meetings to the boardroom. Hear from a panel of men AND women on:
