We’re hosting a great meetup event that is designed to help you make more money and reduce your stress as we enter the busy holiday shopping season.

  • First Holiday Shipping: The hot holiday season starts in 3 weeks for retailers and there are ways to streamline your operation for faster, and cheaper fulfillment. Let’s discuss ways to reduce the stress and get it all out on time!
  • Returns: Yes, most merchants don’t want them, but few can avoid them. We’ll discuss how to write a GREAT, customer friendly return policy, how to streamline the process so you can minimize stress, provide a great customer experience, and not lose your shirt. Also how to do the math so you can find the “sweet spot” where friendly = more sales/profits.

What to bring
Yourself, ideas, and absolutely questions! Our group includes both experts and store owners/managers who all bring great perspective and knowledge.

We’ll always seek to learn something new at each meetup. Come prepared with specific questions and engage the experts in the room to find that solution.
