Each meetup will have 5 presentations that are 5 minutes in length with a 4 minute Q&A from the audience.

Keynote Speaker Chris Oroshiba
Abstract: Based on the study of shifts in cultural norms, 21st Century Leadership: The New Paradigm presents a study of how 20th century culture affected work culture and the rise of management science to manage the labor workforce. Further, evidence of a major shift in cultural norms beginning with the millennial generation is presented and the importance of moving from a management-based approach to workforce management to a leadership-based approach in managing the millennial generation and beyond.
About the speaker: Leadership Coach and speaker Chris Oroshiba is the founder of Coach 1 Up (coach1up.com), a company focusing on leadership coaching and training for the technology industry. He has over 25 years of experience in the technology space in management and leadership at all levels and is the founder of 3 companies in Austin, TX.
